Mensajería, Historia:
Según diferentes historiadores y escritores en Colombia, el servicio de mensajería y transporte se inició en nuestra región en el período de la Colonia española, cuando los primeros emprendedores la familia Galindo de Carvajal establecieron la primera ruta de correo entre España y el Nuevo Mundo (Cartagena, Porto Bello y Sevilla). Este transporte se realizaba en embarcaciones rápidas denominadas “avisos”.
Desde entonces, la necesidad de miles de personas de conectar sus mensajes, correspondencia, productos y mercancías con sus clientes y el mundo ha ido creciendo, exigiendo transporte en volumen, desplazamientos en tiempos cortos, monitoreo en tiempo real y definir procesos logísticos y de despacho; esta ha sido la gran premisa en la última década en el país para miles de empresarios que buscan no quedarse atrás frente a países líderes en mensajería y transporte como Estados Unidos.
